Abu Dhabi Ep.5: The Prologue

The race is officially started! This morning i had a good sleep, ate plenty of chocolate muffins for breakfast and had a few cans of Coca Cola!! Perfect to get all the energy 😉 Around 2pm we all headed to the prologue in the centre of Abu Dhabi near the Marina mall, amazing location and really lots of spectators. The prologue was 3-4km special stage on a plane hard surface and extremely fun to ride because you could drift you bike in the turns just like you were doing supermoto. I was incredibly 3rd overall of the bikes and 1st of the 450cc!!! It will be pretty hard to get you used to these news because almost all the top guys Coma, Rodrigues, Faria, Casteau and so on stopped in the special in order to start far behind in tomorow’s special stage so they can take advantage of plenty of traces through the dunes. Born on the 20/07/1988 in Italy i started racing motocross at the age of 6yrs and for many years competed in the italian motocross and supercross championship. In 2004 just for fun i tried racing in Enduro and Rallies and incredibly the same year i turned pro! Now at the age of 23 i am racing for Husaberg in the world rallies championship and heading to the Dakar in 2012.
