The first stage of the Baja du Maroc (round 4 of the Fim Baja World Cup) has just ended and i have managed to end up 2° overall in the bikes. Yesterday the prologue went well and this morning i was starting in 5th position with 1 quad in front. The stage was very fast but also had some extremely rocky sections in which you constantly had to wathc out for oueds. Half way through the stage we encountered also a dune section, fun to ride but i had a problem with my clutch and had to ride through the dunes slow just concentrating on not getting the bike stalled. Through the stage i also found Casteu with a mechanical problem and his water boy helping him, unfortunately they have not come out of the stage. Today’s bike overall results:
